Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for the documentation of business requirements and execution of complex analysis for inhomogeneous, global user groups.
• Involve in planning and scheduling of releases in close alignment with our application teams, business units, and external partners.
• Manage the analysis of malfunctions and errors in existing applications, the identification and remedy of problems using settled processes.
• Contribute to conceptual blueprints for complex, system-spanning environments and IT architectures to support business processes.
• Manage the conceptual work for optimizing existing software for performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Analyzing and prototyping new technologies or tools and providing guidance for implementation.
• Define and introduce standard monitoring and analysis tools for global systems and operations of complex global systems.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
• A good understanding of the definition of the functional basket of SAP QM solutions, and existing knowledge of SAP is a bonus.
• Professional experience in operational support and customer interaction.
• Experience with processes and methods in IT.
• Interest in Agile technologies.
• Ability as a team player, open to approach other people, and able to create personal networks, easily.
• Openness to continuously learning from peers and superiors and being able to spread your professional knowledge.
• Good practice in English language.
