Senior Engineer, Industrial Engineering

This include:

1. To maintain, update, review and improve the capacity planning methodologies/procedures, models, applications and database.

2. To drive the process time studies and ensure that they meet their purpose.

3. To monitor and analyse the changes/patterns in the tool productivity, and advice/suggest and drive the tool productivity improvement activities (e.g., ME, MA and WPH).

4. To drive the capacity expansion and capacity flexibility projects.

5. To suggest and provide Capital Expenditure, capacity expansion, capacity flexibility and NST tool scenarios for Management decision making (e.g., new chamber/tool, tool conversion, tool dedication, recipe-tool release, and NST tool or tool up).

6. To analyse the capacity issues and improvements, and give advice on the loading pattern/constraints.

7. To review the capacity’s estimations, simulations, forecasts and reports for internal customers to ensure that they meet their purposes (e.g., loading planning, short-term and long-term tool utilisation, planned hours, wafer moves and stepped wafers).
