Senior Engineer Information Technology

We are seeking a talented individual to lead and support our maintenance solutions. In this dynamic role, you'll have the chance to work with state-of-the-art technologies and partner with global teams to implement desire solutions. In your new role you will:

• Expand Your Expertise: Deepen your end-to-end Maintenance process knowledge and learn how Infineon leverages SAP S/4 to enhance Maintenance operations.
• Global Collaboration: Join a global IT team to support key Infineon projects and serve as an in-house functional consultant for IT solutions.
• Build Strong Relationships: Manage connections with global business and IT stakeholders as well as external IT service providers.
• Shape Business Solutions: Gather business requirements and collaborate with the solution team to implement effective IT solutions.
• Lead and Innovate: Take the lead on work packages or smaller IT projects as a functional expert, overseeing cut-over migration or test coordination.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Be responsible for maintaining stable operations post-project go-live.
• Embrace Flexibility: Be open to traveling abroad if necessary to support global initiatives.
• Advance Your Skills: Strengthen your profile with knowledge in ABAP and programming
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 1-3 years of SAP or IT solution support experience.
• Passionate about the IT solutions and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
• Logical thinking and analytical troubleshooting skills to overcome challenges and drive impactful results.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams around the world.
• Ability to engage with diverse global teams, broadening your professional network and enriching your career experience.
• Ability to bring your enthusiasm and motivation to a collaborative environment where your communication and analytical skills can shine.
• Ability to take the initiative to manage and coordinate new, complex projects independently, showcasing your leadership and innovative spirit.
