Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Marketing)

Key Responsibilities: -

1. In charge of marketing strategies, formulate the advertising and promotion program, and working closely with sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
2. Actively participate in overall planning, development, events, marketing activities and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives for the company covering all projects.
3. To plan and monitor Digital Marketing Activities.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends and conduct market surveys
5. Lead the in-house Marketing team to execute the marketing kits brochure, animation, artworks, banner, flyer, digital branding for the website, social media platforms, traditional print channels and other media advertising.
6. In charge of planning and recommending all advertising and marketing promotional activities which include events, roadshows and selection of promotional activities or events to attract customers’ product interest based on management approval.
7. Create public awareness and increase demand / market shares.
8. Monitor marketing team to conduct market survey of competitors and compile reports in order to assist in the design and pricing of the products
9. Follow up on the milestone of each project and provide feedback to management on the project updates
10. Plan and execute the marketing budgeting & expenses control
11. Handling all kind of sales and project enquires from property agencies.
12. Manage and monitor CRM system, I.e. MHub

Key Requirements: -

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years working experience and full-cycle marketing within property development industry.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MHub software is an added advantage.
