Senior Executive ,Business Development

Job Description

• Assist Mgr/Head of Department in driving and coordinating the agreed growth of business from HLBB & HLISB for both credit and non-credit related business. Overall Banca target PFS
• To derive on target to achieve Central's target on PFS & BCB
• To promote products under HLMT-Banca SP to business partners
• Provide sales support and technical support to branches especially for Sales Team, Auto Loan sales and Mortgage Centre & BCB to ensure production will be in & monthly target achieve
• Co-ordinate with other related department such as Finance, Claims Dept & NBUW to ensure smooth and efficient operation workflow processes within TAT
• Conduct briefing, training and organized visitation to branches within agreed portfolio to ensure business partners equip with knowledge & selling skills to increase sales
• Strategize sales management activities & strategies in delivering the target within portfolio
• Assisting in the development of sales campaign to ensure the business development for team & Dept.
• Continuously provide high quality processing service to achieve maximum satisfaction and ensure to establish strong relationship with branches.
• Monitoring & ensure all enquiries by business partners being handle accordingly & tactfully with coordination with Banca Supports
• Take charge on Ageing report , NTU & insufficient report and share with region under care to ensure achievement on production under PFS channel

• Intensify relationship with bank's branches with development of loyalty activities & sales activities to retain & expanding relationship

Job Requirement

• Min 3-5 years in the field.
• Diploma/Degree / Master
• Spoken & Written English must be good.& Knowledge in takaful is advantage.
