Senior Executive /Executive - Accounts Receivable

Job Summary :

The Executive - Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing the organization’s receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This role involves coordinating with internal departments and external clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations. The executive will also monitor outstanding balances, generate reports, and contribute to maintaining the company’s cash flow and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily cash/credit card/cashless payments tracking for all outlets.
2. Perform monthly bank, receivables and vouchers reconciliations.
3. Issues invoices to customers as at when needed and send monthly gross sales statement to landlords.
4. Responsible for maintaining and filling of complete records of business transactions.
5. Liaise with stakeholders if have any discrepancies (Collections shortage and vice versa).
6. Monthly filing of outlets end of day sales reports and slips etc.
7. Assist in monthly closing, general ledger modules, schedules etc.
8. Perform balance sheet analysis and identify any deficiency in controls and provide solutions to improve.
9. Ensures all accounting documents are posted accurately and on a timely basis.
10. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

2. Preferably Executives with at least 3 year(s) of related working experience.

3. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

4. Willing to work in Subang Jaya.

5. Full-Time position available.

6. Candidates who can start work immediately will be advantages.
