Job Summary
To manage and oversee the financial reporting processes, specializing in the analysis and compilation of group financial figures, while ensuring adherence to accounting standards. The role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting standards, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks, including ad-hoc assignments. The Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting senior management with accurate financial insights and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.) preferred

The Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting senior management with accurate financial insights and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including group consolidation and analysis of financial results.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring accurate representation of financial performance.
- Compile and consolidate financial data from various departments and entities within the group, ensuring timely submission of all reporting requirements.
- Generate and analyze project cash flow statements, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and other financial reports.
- Standards Interpretation & Compliance
- Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, MFRS) and other relevant regulations.
- Provide in-depth interpretation of financial reporting standards
- Multitasking & Ad-Hoc Reporting
- Demonstrate strong adaptability in managing multiple tasks and assignments with tight deadlines.
- Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc financial analysis and reports for internal stakeholders and management.
- Assist in various finance-related projects, including system improvements, internal audits, and any special reporting requests.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and compliance, to gather and analyze financial data.
- Support management by providing actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in meetings with auditors and other external parties to ensure transparency and compliance.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on construction project finance or audit experience.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, including project cash flow management and P&L analysis.
