- Oversee the daily operations of the general ledger team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights and variance analysis on timely basis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or partially artially completed professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- More than 3 years experience in Accounting / finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle full sets of financial statements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
