Your Mission
Workday System Management:
- Manage the overall configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Workday platform to ensure its efficient and effective operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions that meet business needs, while maximizing the use of Workday's functionality.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted system availability.
Business Process Alignment:
- Work closely with HR, payroll, finance, and other relevant departments to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Translate business needs into Workday configurations, workflows, and processes to streamline operations and improve user experience.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements to maximize the benefits of the Workday system.
System Enhancements and Upgrades:
- Keep abreast of Workday updates, new features, and enhancements, and assess their applicability to the organization's needs.
- Execute system upgrades, testing, and validation to ensure a smooth transition and optimal utilization of new functionalities.
User Training and Support:
- Provide end-user support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on system usage and best practices.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for employees and stakeholders to enhance their proficiency in using the Workday system.
- Provide guidance and assistance to NADI Support.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide relevant insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) working with Workday, including in-depth knowledge of various modules such as HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis within the Workday system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.
- Relevant certifications in Workday administration and configuration are a plus.
