Your Mission


Workday System Support

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Workday HRIS environment, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity and system reliability across HR processes in Workday.


Workday Configuration & Customization

  • Develop, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations and Workday Extend applications.
  • Implement and optimize Workday Studio integrations with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data exchange.


Coding and Technical Development

  • Utilize Workday Studio, Workday BIRT, Workday Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics to develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Write and maintain custom code for integrations, reports, and process automation within Workday.


System Upgrades & Enhancements

  • Lead the process for Workday system upgrades and ensure timely application of patches, releases, and fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and process automation opportunities


User Support & Training

  • Lead the process for Workday system upgrades and ensure timely application of patches, releases, and fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and process automation opportunities.


Data Security & Compliance

  • Ensure Workday complies with internal and external data privacy regulations.
  • Manage user roles, security policies, and data access controls in Workday.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure effective system integration and functionality.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and deliver key Workday reports for HR and management, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • Provide insights through Workday Prism Analytics to support decision-making across HR functions.


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Human Resources / Business Administration / Data Analytics or any related field with HR Technology exposure.
  • Certification in any Business Intelligence related fields is desirable
  • Workday Certifications (Highly recommended)
  • Technical Certifications such as SQL, Python or other data analysis certifications (Required for integrations)
  • Workday Integration & Data Management (2-4 years)
  • Providing technical support to HR teams and end-users, answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Leading or participating in HRIS implementation or system improvement projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Experience in designing advanced Workday reports, utilizing tools such as Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism Analytics.
