SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES (TALENT ACQUISITION & PAYROLL)

Talent Acquisition

• Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
• Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
• Source potential candidates through various recruitment platforms
• Evaluate applications and screening candidates and conducting pre-interview assessments
• Prepare manpower budget as part of the company's strategic planning
• Identify and develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends keeping informed of advancements in the field

Payroll

• Prepare, process and maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries
• Prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
• Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management and/or audit teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
• Experience in both areas of talent acquisition and payroll
• Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
• Ability to write effective job descriptions, screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
• Familiar with payroll software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High numerical aptitude and detailed oriented
