Key Responsibilities
As our Senior Executive, Media & Promotions, you will be responsible for:
- Digital Media Management
- Take charge of the companyâs digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content to boost online presence and brand awareness.
- Monitor page performance, analyze traffic and engagement data, and prepare reports to improve strategies.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive audience reach and conversions.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives.
- Event & Promotion Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute company promotions, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to ensure promotions align with company objectives.
- Oversee event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle on-site event coordination, including branding, set-up, and promotional materials.
- Evaluate promotion and event outcomes, preparing post-event reports and recommendations for improvements.
- External Parties & Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with designers, creative agencies, event companies, and system providers to develop effective marketing materials and solutions.
- Coordinate with media partners, advertising agencies, and digital platforms for promotional activities.

- Bachelorâs Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, promotions, or event management.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Chinese.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and digital analytics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of branding.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
