Tasks/Aufgaben
The Executive, Operations supports the Management Service group by coordinating and monitoring the audit activities (i.e. audit schedule, registration, audit file submission, printing of certificates, etc.). He/she also provides administrative and operational support such as auditor authorization, document control, audit plan preparation, document review, logistical support and coordination with Clients and Auditors on audit related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage assigned new and existing clients on a regular basis ensuring execution of audit jobs by their due dates
Provides audit notification to clients 3 months before the due date
Requests audit registration details from VCC
Requests audit plan from lead auditors
Provides logistics support and arrangement for Auditors/Employees transportation to conduct business activities
Assists in uploading audit packages
Facilitates and ensures the release of certificates to the client
Monitors certificate suspension and withdrawal
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time to time
Qualifications/Qualifikationen
Key Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or any related discipline with 2 to 3 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Comfortable with processes in an ISO structured organisation
Meticulous and proactive individual who possesses abilities in planning, following up, organising and administrative skills
