Senior Executive, Global Marketing Western (UK, ANZ & S.Asia)

Reports To

Assistant Manager, Global Marketing Western (UK, ANZ & S. Asia)

Role Purpose

Accountable for assisting in executing the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives in the Western Region and ensuring it align with company objective.

Key Accountability
  • Assist in executing and developing marketing strategies and plans for the Western Region, aligned with global marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Western Region.
  • Support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the Western Region.
  • Coordinate with product management and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging for the Western market.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Support, coordinate and lead the implementation of marketing activities with local marketing teams in the Western Region.
  • Assist in the development and localization of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, for the Western market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies in the Western market.
Qualifications & Working Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus with 3 - 5 years of experience in related industry.

Areas of Experience
    • Experience in marketing, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
    • Strong understanding of the Western market, including consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and business practices.
    • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including brand management, market segmentation, and marketing communications.
    • Expertise in market research and analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing and analytics tools.
Personality Traits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Western Region as needed.
