Job Description

KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile Intercompanies and adjust the difference
• Accrual for intercompany entries and loan interest and withholding tax
• Record Intercompany lease related entries
• Prepare sales commission and POS commission accrual and payment
• Prepare trade receivables and subcon receivables recon
• Reclass credit balance at customer level in receivables
• Prepare bad debt allowance entries
• Allocate freight cost into various business units
• Update/Maintain intangible assets book and amortization system
• Perform account analysis and account review
• Reconcile sub-ledger with general ledger, ensuring balance
• Reconcile balance sheet account, ensuring balance
  
  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
• Preferred with 1-2 years working experience in related job
• Proficiency in numerical data analysis and rapid learning.
• Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
• Possess knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger function
• Able to effectively communicate with working partners at foreign countries
