KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile Intercompanies and adjust the difference
- Accrual for intercompany entries and loan interest and withholding tax
- Record Intercompany lease related entries
- Prepare sales commission and POS commission accrual and payment
- Prepare trade receivables and subcon receivables recon
- Reclass credit balance at customer level in receivables
- Prepare bad debt allowance entries
- Allocate freight cost into various business units
- Update/Maintain intangible assets book and amortization system
- Perform account analysis and account review
- Reconcile sub-ledger with general ledger, ensuring balance
- Reconcile balance sheet account, ensuring balance
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
- Preferred with 1-2 years working experience in related job
- Proficiency in numerical data analysis and rapid learning.
- Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
- Possess knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger function
- Able to effectively communicate with working partners at foreign countries
