- Organize and coordinate meetings, schedules, and reports for the CFO.- Support the CFO in monitoring cash flow and liquidity planning.- Coordinate payments, reconciliations, and financial transactions.- Assist in preparing board presentations, investor reports, and funding proposals.- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth information flow.- Assist in the planning and execution of financial projects.- Manage confidential financial data and documentation.- Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects assigned by the CFO.- Oversee the CFO’s personal appointments and errands as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.- At least 3 years of experience as an executive / assistant or in a related position.- Account, Audit or Finance related working background will be a plus point.- Strong problem solving skills & Critical thinking is required - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
