What You’ll Build

You’ll engineer the foundations of The Flex platform — the services, APIs, and automation engines that keep our global rental network running smoothly.

From backend systems and data pipelines to cloud infrastructure and integration layers, your work will ensure our platform is fast, resilient, and intelligent.

You’ll partner with product, operations, and data to engineer clarity in an industry known for complexity — transforming messy real-world logistics into clean, automated workflows.

Your Mission

Build the Backbone — Architect and deliver scalable services that power bookings, payments, availability, and end-to-end operations.

Engineer Automation — Develop intelligent microservices and serverless workflows that eliminate manual processes across teams and cities.

Scale Globally — Design systems capable of handling large volumes of transactions, events, and real-time updates with reliability.

Connect the Ecosystem — Build and maintain integrations between Base360.ai and key partners like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway.

Enhance Machine Intelligence — Work closely with AI engineers to apply predictive logic, automation, and adaptability into core systems.

Lead Through Craft — Mentor teammates, drive engineering standards, and raise the technical bar with thoughtful code reviews and guidance.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full stack).
• Strong skills in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and AWS serverless architectures.
• Experience designing API-first systems and event-driven pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, databases, and high-scale automation.
• Curiosity for AI, property technology, and real-world operational systems.
