- Min B.Sc degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
- At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with the recent 5 years as Geomechanical Specialist.
- Has performed minimum of five (5) geomechanical analysis or models.
- Proficient in the use of relevant Geomechanical modelling software.
- Publication of industrial paper on the subject would be of an added advantage.
