Job description
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that the company's HR policies and procedures are followed, and assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
•Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and screening applicants.
•Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
•In-charge onboarding new employees, including orientation and documentation.
Employee Records Management
•Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files).
•Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
•Preparation of employee contracts and other HR documentation.
Payroll & Compensation
•Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance, overtime, and allowances.
•Help manage employee benefits such as insurance, leaves, and other perks.
•Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and entitlements.
Training & Development
•Coordinate employee training sessions and assist in identifying training needs.
•Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
Employee Relations
•Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, providing assistance in resolving conflicts.
•Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
•Support in managing disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
Compliance & Legal
•Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
•Assist with internal audits related to HR processes.
HR Projects
•Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
•Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Key Requirements
•Educational Background:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
•3-4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR executive role.
•Familiarity with HR systems, payroll systems, and local labor laws.
Skills:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
