Senior HR Executive/ HR Executive

1. Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees and ensure payments
are on time.
2. Process statutory payments (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF) to ensure
timely payment.
3. Check and calculate overtime, shift, and all variable payments.
4. Responsible to manage HR activities, related to recruitment and selection,
compensation & benefits management, and employee engagement.
5. Ensure compliance of Labor Act, Industrial Relation Act, and Local Authority
requirements.
6. Responsible to maintain employees’ attendance and leaves record.
7. Filling and document’s preparation such as promotion letter, increment letter
and warning letter.
8. Prepare and submit annual preparation of EA forms and returns to LHDN.
9. Support in handling employee disciplinary issues and performance
management processes.
10. Responsible to arrange for training & development program for employees.
11. HR improvement for processes and workflows.
12. Optimizing HR processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Data analyzing and reporting, for improvement recommendation.
14. To perform other tasks assigned by Top Management/ General Manager/
Assistance General Manager.
