What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compensation, and performance management
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and best practices
Oversee day-to-day office administration, including record-keeping, procurement, and general office coordination
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR matters and fostering a positive work environment
Drive HR improvement initiatives to boost employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention
Plan and organize team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and company culture
Establish clear and effective workplace rules and guidelines to increase employee motivation and positivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide projects and long-term strategic goals
