Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Maintenance

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for private and hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for data science/AI development, software development, and production environments.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Services Manager and engineering teams to monitor systems, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions while adhering to cost-efficiency and cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in maintaining automation and monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency and incident response times.
• Work collaboratively across teams to promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and support professional growth, including actively pursuing and maintaining relevant technical certifications.
  
  

Technologies Supported:

• Core Technologies: Huawei Data Center solutions, HPE servers and storage, Dell servers and storage, VMware for virtualization and private cloud management, Veeam, Veritas, and Commvault for backup and disaster recovery.
• Other Technologies: KVM, Nutanix (AHV), Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, NetApp, and PureStorage enterprise-grade storage.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining at least one hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solution and one traditional 3-tier architecture platform.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT support or operations within the software or data center industry, preferably with a focus on private and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving complex technical issues in a timely and structured manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
