Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist (Twitter)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives via Twitter(X).
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOL and act as the primary liaison between the brand and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from identifying suitable KOLs/Influencers to presenting creative briefs and reviewing performance.
• Coordinate the creation of content briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and KOL preferences.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
• Provide key recommendations to explore innovative ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of proven work experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Specialist, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing acquisition, content promotion, and influencer marketing
• Preferred experience in promoting beauty brands or extensive knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
