Job Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Computing: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Google Workspace.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) Integration: Align cloud and network infrastructure strategies with overall ITSM objectives to deliver efficient and effective IT services.
  • Change Management: Oversee the implementation of changes to the IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • IT Hardware Support: Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving IT hardware issues.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Cloud Computing & AWS Expertise: Demonstrates a strong understanding of core cloud computing principles. Possesses extensive experience and familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions and services.
  • Google Workspace Administration: In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace suite and its integration with other IT systems.
  • Network Engineering: Strong foundation in network protocols, routing, switching, and VPN technologies. Experience with network troubleshooting and optimization
  • IT Hardware Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently.
  • Linux and SQL Skills Advantageous: A strong understanding of Linux operating systems and SQL databases is considered a significant benefit.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimal 3- 5 years’ extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud computing, networking, and hardware support.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS and Google Workspace platforms.
