Senior IT Infrastructure Owner

Responsibilities

Make an impact The incumbent will be responsible to ensure successful operations of the IT infrastructure, with focus on management tools (Virtual Machine and Database maintenance), software development tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, JFrog)

• Actively design and develop IT infrastructure to support business applications.
• Manage and monitor application performance and availability.
• Analyze and optimize application and database performance.
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues; manage incidents to resolution.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for applications and tools.
• Extend the capabilities of existing tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Administer and configure tools to ensure optimal functionality.
• Write clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation for systems, processes, and tools.
  
  

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT server management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT application ownership.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid understanding of databases and application server architecture.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to resolve critical issues.
• Proficiency in server administration (Windows or Linux-based systems).
• Experience in relational database design, programming (JDBC, SQL), and performance tuning.
