Senior IT Software Officer - JSK Group HQ

JSK Group IT Software Division oversees the software sourcing, management, end-user training, and software vendor/end-user coordination for JSK Borneo Reef - Largest Reef Activity Pontoon in South East Asia, JPOD - Largest Capsule Hotel in Asia, JSK River Cruise - Firefly / Proboscis Monkey river cruise, JSK Mantanani Island Resort - The Largest Resort in Mantanani Island, and the upcoming 5 star- Beach Resort which cater for, amongst other activities, accommodation, FMCG, F&B, beach recreational sports, water theme park, scuba diving, snorkeling, boat transfer, and other island resort centred activities, we are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals with the "CAN DO" attitude to join our family.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist the Software Manager to manage the overall IT Division's software-related project / ERP Implementation and software-related matters.
• Work together with HODs/users/software vendors/suppliers to ensure that the approved software / ERP projects done by vendors/suppliers are as per agreed specifications.
• Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, software quality, and innovation. Focus on more effective, efficient, and cost-effective software methods.
• Responsible to research, identify, propose and initiate new / upgrades/enhancements on software, ERP-related, and maintenance issues.
• Responsible to develop, evaluate, and action software-related operation methods, processes, end-user training & development, quality standards, cost, and system to exceed Company expectations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, result-oriented and is capable of a global approach to software management.
• Knowledge in software research, implementation, end-user training, management, maintenance is a prerequisite.
