What You’ll Do
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, industry leaders, and peers to enhance the company's image and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue strategic initiatives and opportunities within key customers and new business acquisitions.
- Lead efforts in acquiring new business by profiling potential prospects and maintaining relationships.
- Analyze evolving customer needs and market trends to strategically respond and ensure long-term business success.
- Oversee the Joint Business Plan process, establishing a sustainable game plans with designated customers.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Off-Premise channel and Key Account Management.
- Manage and monitor the regional budget, assessing financial performance to evaluate investment effectiveness.
- Control trade spending within the established budget.
- Facilitate executive meetings with Key Accounts and customize promotional initiatives to enhance business value.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of Key Account (IKA/LKA) experience in modern trade within FMCG companies.
- Demonstrated understanding of the local FMCG trade environment, including insights into shoppers and consumer trends.
- Proven ability to strategically analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and assess risks, with a track record of developing and implementing effective strategies and plans.
- Proficiency in independently managing consumer and trade promotions, from development to execution and evaluation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across functions and departments.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
