Responsibilities

• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
• Drive and develop new business opportunities
• Drive market profiling to understand and identify market opportunities
• Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
• Maximizing new business development opportunities on external market
• Taking responsibilities for profit and loss
• Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
• Develop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty
• Respond to customer enquiries / complaints
• Lead in engagements and strategic customer interface with key Corporate Customers
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant field with at least 7 years BD exposure in similar 3PL role
• At least 10 years of total experience in sales/business development field
• Experience in large scale business development/sales in contract logistics
• Business development experience (proposal design , costing, commercial awareness)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven BD/Sales record in logistics industry
