SENIOR MANAGER, ENGINEERING (PROJECT & RETRO-FIT) - PAVILION KUALA LUMPUR

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performance of all proposed new fit-out and retrofit M&E services
• Confer with management, tenancy fit-out and design to discuss project specifications and procedures
• Plan strategic implementation of M&E components into the design and development of projects
• Monitor and review new fit-out, retrofit and upgrading works, writing reports, checking and evaluating proposals/quotations by vendors and provide recommendation
• Ensure M&E works and inspections comply with statutory and local authority requirements, as well as health and safety legislations
• Ensure that M&E consultants and contractors meet the set specifications and observe best practices
• Review consumption and conservation of energy, water and resources to minimize wastage and cost
• Co-ordinate with leasing, tenancy fit-out and finance department on tenant reinstatement, handover of M&E procedures

Requirements:

• Degree/Masters in Engineering field
• 5 years working experience in similar capacity
• Advanced understanding of building services engineering systems
• Significant knowledge and experience in managing major M&E projects
• Ability to independently leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project specific issues
