General Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and refinement of the company’s long term strategy in collaboration with BU and Functions.
- Business Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal performance assessments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Project Leadership: Drive high impact strategic projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Executive Advisory: Prepare and present high quality strategic recommendations, business cases, and board-level presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Units and Functions to ensure strategy implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal stakeholders in understanding their needs for strategy support
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to measure strategic initiatives’ success and recommend course corrections as needed.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to inform strategic direction.
- Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a leading strategy consulting companyDemonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business, industry and various functional areas
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in best practices on Strategic management, transformational projects, portfolio management, market intelligence and market research, performance analysis
- Proven experience working with top level leadership
- Proven experience influencing others with authority and building a strong interpersonal network
- Demonstrate strong communication and storytelling skills
- Proven experience working with primary and secondary research methodologies and techniques
- Proven experience using various and multiple information and data mining tools
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBi, BI tools)
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken), other Asian language will be an added advantage
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Master's in Finance/Marketing/Economics/Business Administration will be an added advantage
