Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, SMED and other Lean tools across Backend.
- Develop and support digital transformation of Lean training & workshops.
- Track NLoP/Productivity Harvest KPIs and analyze performance data to sustain long term productivity improvement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably MasterBlack Belt.
- Strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies like ValueStream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train, coach, and run VSM workshops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Proven track record of successful Lean implementations in manufacturing environment.
