We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Quality Management & Product Qualification Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing product qualification strategies in compliance with internal guidelines, external automotive standards, and customer requirements. You will lead and harmonize qualification and quality assurance for a wide range of product, technology, and package development projects, ensuring that high-quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. The position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of quality management, and the ability to collaborate with various teams and customers globally.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Define product qualification strategies, create comprehensive qualification plans, and execute qualification processes in compliance with internal guidelines, external automotive standards, and specific customer requirements.
- Lead and harmonize qualification and quality assurance efforts across multiple product, technology, and package development projects, ensuring alignment and adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate qualification results, manage product release, ensure proper documentation, and generate customer reports that provide clear updates on qualification status and product quality.
- Actively contribute to the product development process by supporting risk management activities and providing regular reports on qualification status and product quality to stakeholders.
- Work closely with customers, technology, package, and product development teams, as well as production sites around the world, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet reliability and quality goals.
- Drive effective problem-solving for quality issues by contributing to and/or leading task forces and focus teams to address urgent quality concerns such as customer complaints and deviation management.
- Manage and interact with international and external customers on quality-related topics over the entire product lifecycle, providing timely updates and solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Support and drive continuous improvement activities to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met and enhanced within the organization.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a similar technical or natural scientific field.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in quality management, ideally within the automotive or semiconductor industry.
- Profound knowledge of automotive quality requirements and norms, along with a strong familiarity with automotive quality culture and the zero-defect approach.
- Extensive experience with quality management systems, processes, and established quality management methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Risk Assessment). Strong abilities in structured problem-solving.
- Experience in customer interaction and management regarding quality matters, preferably in an international automotive environment.
- Ability to take risks consciously and actively manage them to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
- Proven experience in leading focus teams or task forces to address and resolve urgent quality issues, such as customer complaints or deviation management.
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics, processes, and technologies, including frontend and backend processes, is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage.
