Job Description

The Senior Manager - Risk Management & Compliance will be responsible for developing and implementing a structured approach to identify, analyse, and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal internal and external exposures. Key responsibilities include maintaining risk registers and profiles, tracking risk control actions, and effectively planning and executing risk management activities. The role also involves conducting workshops to enhance risk awareness, managing the organisation's insurance program, and continuously improving risk management practices to align with industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in risk management and compliance, with a proven track record of implementing effective risk strategies in a relevant industry. A degree with minimum of 7 years relevant experiences.

They will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to identify potential risks and develop practical mitigation plans. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for engaging stakeholders at all levels and fostering a culture of risk awareness. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
