Senior Manager Supplier Quality Management

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Guide a material commodity as technical and quality expert (Mold material and Epoxy Die Attach material supplier).
• Work closely with Procurement & Development teams to develop and implement raw material and supplier strategy.
• Lead project teams to implement new supplier quality management initiatives and processes, and to drive continuous technical improvement in our supply chain.
• Able to work independently and uses technical knowledge in high level problem solver.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure supplier performance and identify areas for improvement, develop and implement strategies to address these areas.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Physics, Material Engineering, Chemistry Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years working experience in semiconductor assembly business as Supplier Manager.
• Certified Auditor in VDA6.3 and IATF16949, with experience in conducting audits & assessment to ensure compliance with industry standards of suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to travel on monthly basis to APAC and European countries, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
