Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to create a warm and welcoming environment at the Hospital, aligning with the Hospital’s Mission and Vision.
• Develop & execute marketing campaigns to build company brand equity, increase market visibility and market share.
• Monitor and analyze the progress of marketing campaigns and activities to optimize results.
• Supports the marketing and promotional program to publicize and promote various activities, events and / or items of the company.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media engagement, email marketing and content marketing, to reach targeted stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing, and competitor products to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Work within departmental budgets to develop cost-effective marketing plans.
• Track and analyze marketing data, creating insightful reports and presentations for top management.
  
  Job Requirements:
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing environment, preferably in a senior marketing role.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), fluency in Mandarin is a plus for dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Must be able to deliver the performance results by achieving marketing initiatives as assigned.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is an added advantage.
