Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
- Manage the creation of compelling content, including advertisements, blog posts, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and delivered on time.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
- Ensure all visual content complies with legal requirements, copyright laws, and industry standards, upholding the company's reputation and legal standing.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all visual materials before publication, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis and feedback
- Any others duties & responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time by superior(s).
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WeChat, Line etc.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative and analytical mindset
- Proficient in computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
