About The Role

As a Senior Merchandising Analyst at Aonic, you will be the driving force behind our customer-centric approach, ensuring our product and service offering align with customer needs, driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising Strategy: Propose and execute tactical merchandising plans by combining data-driven insights, product management expertise that align with company strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Customer Experience: Provide a pleasant shopping environment and experience by ensuring seamless flow and layout for our in-store customers as well as ecommerce channels.
• Product roadmap: Develop merchandising strategy according to product roadmap and overall company strategy based on the latest market trends
• Relationship Management: Put customers at the heart of all initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving promptly to foster loyalty in every interaction.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure that products are in stock and available for purchase.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• People & Processes: Work actively with key stakeholders such as retail branches personnel, salesperson and product teams to understand possible gaps in their daily tasks relating to merchandising, and develop processes to boost overall efficiency and productivity
• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and conduct customer feedback to ensure relevance of Aonic’s service and product offerings to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  
  

About You

• Interest in the agriculture, agrichemical and drone industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile and cross borders environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
• Understanding of retail math and the ability to analyze financial data
• Open to learning new systems and programs ranging from inventory management system to POS system (experience in using Unleashed software is a plus)
