Executive, Aircraft Advance Planning

Plan, coordinate and monitor all aircrafts activities, including aircraft, component and modification activities of MAG aircrafts to ensure compliance with Company’s and Aviation Authority requirements.

• Assign maintenance events/ tasks in Aircraft Check Work Package in AMOS
• Calculate Check Package man-hours and ensure that the package can be done within the allocated downtime
• Prepare and establish Aircraft and Component modification program and Fleet Component removal staggering program whilst monitor, control and coordinate the activities of Modification and Component removal preparation and ensure that the tasks are prepared within the stipulated time
• Manage the activities of Check Work Package assignment and ensure that the Check Work Package is handover within the stipulated time as per service level in Work Package generation and OOP Work Package assignment
• Liaise with other departments for availability of spares and tooling (Scheduled Task) for the performance of aircraft maintenance work

• Diploma with 2 to 3 years’ experience in Engineering and Maintenance Planning.
• SPM/SPMV or Aircraft Maintenance personnel with 4 years’ experience in Engineering and Maintenance.

• Good knowledge in Engineering and Maintenance Planning activities, system and processes
• Competent in office tools i.e Microsoft Excel/Words/PowerPoint.
• Good command in English and BM both in written and spoken.
