- Responsible to perform the full spectrum of payroll functions such as processing wages, statutory submission, annual tax filing, payroll adjustments, and other related matters
- Update and maintain employee’s records in the system related to payroll
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Create new employee personal particulars entry, update employees data and ensure data accuracy in Human Resource Information system
- Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters including provide payroll related information for audit purpose to auditors.
- Record employee benefits and deductions in software.
- Perform investigation of discrepancies and errors in payroll system
- Ensure company equipment and facilities are well function and maintained.
- Perform ad-hoc work when assigned
- At least Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experiences in related filed & position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft excel.
- Analytical & strategic thinker.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Meticulous and good with numbers.
- Have good organization skills.
