The candidate will work closely with the Tenders & Contracts team to develop pricing models and provide input to commercial teams on contract negotiations to ensure that the pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for our products and services across assigned region. The candidate will work closely with the Tenders & Contracts team to develop pricing models and provide input to commercial teams on contract negotiations to ensure that the pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for products and services in the assigned region.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed about pricing trends in the region.
- Analyze pricing data to identify opportunities to optimize pricing and increase profitability.
- Develop pricing guidance/corridors (List price, target, floor price) for specific products lines (new/existing) based on current pricing in market, competitive pricing, historical pricing & other attributes.
- Develop ‘portfolio pricing’ approach to optimize margin at account level which includes all product lines.
- Work with the Tenders & Contracts team to develop pricing models and provide input to commercial teams on contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Be the partner of choice around any advice regarding Pricing Strategy, Contracting and tendering strategies.
- Develop pricing policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements, increase efficiency and value added through standardization of tools, processes, and metrics.
- Perform routine tasks including monthly/quarterly reporting (pricing scorecard), QBR (Quarterly Business Review), price impact analysis, discount trending analysis and quarterly price forecasting.
- Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- At least 2 – 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with Tenders & Contracts team is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- True innovator, able to translate innovative strategic thinking into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Pricing system – Vendavo Pricing system is preferred.
