We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, supply continuity, quality, and compliance across direct and indirect procurement.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, supply continuity, quality, and compliance across direct and indirect procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, components, MRO, capital equipment, and manufacturing services.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Build strong supplier partnerships to ensure quality, delivery reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and supplier development.
- Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing operations and new projects.
- Oversee contract management, supplier performance reviews, and procurement governance.
- Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply risks impacting manufacturing operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ESG standards.
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in direct materials sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
