Senior Product Manager - Financial Earn

Responsibilities

• Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop product strategies for Financial Earn Product
• Identify user pain points and propose solutions that fit well with market demand, supported by data
• Analyze data and monitor the performance of the product post-launch, and formulate iteration plans
• Lead efforts by collaborating with tech teams such as engineers and designers to achieve set objectives
• Keep up to date with the latest trends around Financial Earn by constantly researching competitors and market demands
• Key focus on front-end interaction, user growth, and improving the conversion rate by optimizing user experience and implementing data-driven strategies
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain industry
• Proficient in project management skills, exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively
• Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a pro-active mindset
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of finance product and loans is an added advantage
• Growth Product experience is preferred
• Experience with data analytics platform such as Sensor Analytics is a good to have
