Senior Product Manager, Internal Platform

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product planning, design, and iteration of the Binance internal platform to enhance its security, stability and usability
• You will build a risk monitoring and data security system for the platform, ensuring operational security when it comes to users' data
• Design and implement user information protection strategies and access controls to ensure high confidentiality and integrity of users' data
• Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation of teams such as customer service and compliance operations
• Work with cross teams across Engineering, Product, Business teams to gather feedback and constantly meeting operational excellence
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the big tech or financial industries
• Proven experience in building internal platforms, preferably with key focus on security and data privacy
• Proficient in requirements analysis, adept at using project management tools, and strong in communication and coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin is preferred to communicate with overseas clients/partners
