Get To Know The Regional Product And Design Team

We’re a regional team formed to build out our digital banks in Malaysia (GXBank) and Singapore (GXS). As part of the Product Team, you will lead some of our highest impact, strategic projects across the region. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar, delivering projects that require complex stakeholder management and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to help define the overall digibank product strategy.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Conceptualise, spearhead product development by leveraging technology, data, partnerships, in order to execute and create best in class value propositions for our target customers.
  • Own and manage full end to end product life cycle management, from ideation / conceptualization / iteration, pricing, profitability, financial strategies, portfolio analysis, system testing, go to market initiatives, pre and post launch activities and longer term sustainability.
  • Own and manage the full end to end product life cycle management.
  • Execute the strategic planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking.
  • Work with the business head on relevant business products for the target segment.
  • Drive acquisition, activation and usage, retention, cross sell and upsell.
  • Work with operations/tech on end to end delivery of service.
  • Work with service to ensure best in class service delivery.
  • Responsible for driving NPS/customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all products fulfil all regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the business head to define system specifications and participate in UAT testing for new and enhanced products.
  • Drive digitization initiatives to automate processes as part of the overall wealth capability roadmap.
  • Work closely with the various Products team, Sales & Distribution to explore new financing initiatives on product launches.
  • Perform periodic review, update and implementation of compliance control in accordance with Bank's standards.
  • Keep abreast with market updates to ensure product relevancy.
  • Solve for unit economics at a product and customer level.

The Must Haves

  • A degree with good honours from a top tier university.
  • Min 10 years of banking experience in the area of Deposits products.
  • Track record of strong prior product management experience, such as conceptualising and launching products to achieve strategic objectives, in addition to being able to manage a range of product portfolios over time.
  • Well-developed communication skills to interact with broad ranges of audiences.
  • Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact.
  • Great presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in projects managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Creativity and comfortable with ‘blank sheet of paper’ assignments.
  • A natural leader who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience.
  • A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and the overall Digital Bank business.
  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a fast growing tech company. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
