Responsibilities

  • Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion
  • Develop and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement strategies in order to build the best in-class KYC/KYB solution
  • Drive contract extension/new vendor on-boarding
  • Evaluate vendor performance data by tracking key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
  • Assist in conducting due diligence and risk assessments to ensure vendor compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
  • Handles monthly billing, forecasting and usage tracking while ensuring cost effectiveness of all vendors
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors, deploy segment knowledge and insights to create strategy for business growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of KYC or vendor management experience from Finance or Technology industry; Crypto experience preferred
  • Familiarity with contract management and vendor evaluation process, understanding of vendor relationship dynamics and negotiation principles
  • Result-driven with a strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions
  • Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Good time management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and keep them on schedule
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
