Job Description

• Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and managing a robust pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor and product advocate, delivering demonstrations, training, and support.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory requirements to position solutions effectively.
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and customer events.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and negotiate agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Product Specialist Should Have

• Degree in Science (preferably Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or laboratory roles; instrumentation or analytical equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within Melaka and Johor; valid driving license and own transport required.
• Preferred: Experience with analytical instruments such as titrators, density meters, refractometers, melting point apparatus, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, etc.
