工作職責：
- 在可用產能範圍內執行多種產品的生產計畫。
- 制定並實施生產計劃以滿足客戶需求和公司目標。
- 與生產部門密切合作，確保車間在製品數量最少。
- 監控生產工作流程並根據需要調整計劃以解決延遲或意外問題。
- 按照設定的目標啟動、追蹤和關閉生產作業的製造工作訂單。
- 與生產團隊合作以實現高 OEE。
- 與採購團隊協調以確保原材料及時供應。
- 與銷售團隊和採購團隊協調控制原材料和成品庫存。
- 準備原料入庫的揀貨清單，以便將材料配對到生產中。
- 管理層不時分配的任何其他職責和改進項目。
- 至少擁有高級/高等/研究生文憑/學士學位或同等學歷。
- 熟練操作MRP、ERP、BOM系統及Microsoft Office應用程式。
- 注重成本的團隊領導和具有分析技能的成員，能夠激勵和影響生產團隊實現既定目標。
- 具有較強的組織和解決問題能力以及持續改進的思維。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
