Job Responsibilities
- Execution of production plans for multiple products within the available capacity.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company objective.
- To work closely with Production to ensure minimum WIPs in the shopfloor.
- Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or unexpected issues.
- Initiate, track & close manufacturing work orders for production operation at target set.
- To cooperate with production team in order to achieve high OEE.
- Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely availability of raw material.
- Coordinate with Sales Team and Purchasing team to control the raw material and finished good inventory.
- Prepare pick lists on raw materials to warehouse for kitting of materials to production.
- Any other duties and improvement project as and when assigned by Management from time to time.
- Minimum Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MRP, ERP, BOM system and Microsoft Office applications.
- Cost oriented team leader & member in analytical skills with ability to motivate & influence Production team towards achieving set targets.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset.
