Senior Project Leader Information Technology

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for making and prioritizing operational decisions for IT projects.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Accountable for forming, coordinating, and leading the project team, providing guidance and support.
• Be the central person for all questions related to the IT projects.
• Responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed about project progress.
• Accountable to provide regular status updates to management and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of projects.
• Assign responsibilities within the project to Project Managers of sub-projects and project team members.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Participate in relevant vocational training and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage and resolve complex project issues.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
